A letter to all our clients and partners about Rajão & Athayde’s response to Coronavirus

In recent times, the world has been going through major changes as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.  We decided to write this message to convey our efforts in helping to contain the spread of the virus and continuing to be a reliable pillar for your business throughout these challenging times.

We are aware of our position as important partners, so we have planned various contingencies to assure that our operations continue seamlessly in the times ahead, all of which have now been put into practice.

Actions in place for uninterrupted operations

  • All our departments and branches are already operating remotely on a full time basis, assuring the same quality levels as our partners would expect.
  • Our main servers are working without human intervention for extended periods; further, our IT department also has a team on-call, constantly monitoring its status remotely and ready for prompt and controlled intervention as needed.
  • We have open communication channels to enable ongoing dialog between our clients, partners and our own team at any time and any place.
  • We permanently monitor all systems we use and all active projects so that we are always ready for any casualties.
  • We keep all our team updated about the main events of the pandemic to make sure they are aware of the key measures to protect not only them as individuals, but society as a whole.

These measures are already in place and we are ready to help you, whatever your need may be.
